The first lecture by Prof. Janos Hajdu in area of cooperation of KhNURE, SumDU and ELI with the topic: “Introductory lecture. Reasons for using lasers and large user laboratories. What is ELI ERIC?” took place on 12.12.23.
109 participants joined the lecture, including students, graduate students, teachers of partner universities and those who have their own interest in this topic.
Professor talked about the ELI organization itself, its purpose and goal. Where is it located and what does it work with? What technological solutions and tasks do they use in scientific research processes, etc. Also, some types of lasers and methods of their application were considered. During the meeting, the issue of motivation for the involvement of young scientists in various scientific projects was raised.
