Happy Independence Day of Ukraine!
24.08.2025
On August 24, our country celebrates its main national holiday – the Independence Day of Ukraine. On this day in 1991, the restoration of Ukrainian statehood was proclaimed, marking the historic choice of our people – to live in a free, democratic, and sovereign nation.
Independence is not only the right to choose our own path, but also a great responsibility for the future. It inspires us to develop science and education, to strengthen our state, and to preserve our culture and traditions.
We sincerely congratulate everyone on this great holiday! We wish peace, prosperity, unity, and new achievements for the glory of Ukraine!

Happy Day of the National Flag of Ukraine and Kharkiv City Day!
23.08.2025

Day of Ukrainian Statehood
15.07.2025
Today, on July 15, we honor the millennia-long tradition of Ukrainian statehood, rooted in the legacy of Prince Volodymyr the Great — the ruler of Kyivan Rus who introduced Christianity and strengthened the foundations of our state.
This day is a reminder that the Ukrainian nation has deep historical roots, its own language, culture, legal traditions, and a will for freedom — along with the strength to defend its sovereignty.
In the time of full-scale war, Statehood Day carries a profound meaning — it stands as a symbol of the resilience of the Ukrainian people and the indomitability of our national idea.
Our department warmly greets everyone on this meaningful occasion.
Let us be worthy successors of Ukraine’s proud and heroic legacy!
