Happy Constitution Day of Ukraine!

On June 28, Ukraine celebrates one of its most important national holidays – Constitution Day. On this day in 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution, the country’s Fundamental Law, which established the principles of democracy, the rule of law, and the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms.

The Constitution serves as the foundation of Ukrainian statehood and guarantees the country’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. Its principles guide the development of society, strengthen democratic values, and support Ukraine’s European future.
